Annual Summer Tour of Mt.Pleasant, Ohio. Featuring five historic buildings: The Quaker Meeting House; Irish Ridge Farm; Hogg Mansion; and the Hicksite Meeting House in Emerson.
Adults – $15
Students (6-13) – $7.50
Children under 5- free
This year’s tour will run from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 1, and from 1-5 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 2. The Elizabeth House Tea Room will open at noon Sunday so that visitors may purchase lunch before the tour. Visitors should allow at least two and one-half hours to complete the tour.
Tickets for the tour will be available for purchase at the Burriss Store on Union Street, across from People’s National Bank.
Proceeds benefit the Historical Society of Mount Pleasant, a volunteer, nonprofit group founded in 1948.
